WHY THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE???

All these houses are subjected to "mundic testing"

One house "PASSED"
Mortgageable... Sold for £135,000

One house "FAILED"
Can be sold only for cash... Sold for £80,000

Most reasonable people would question how this is possible when
these houses are attached,
share the same adjoining walls
were built at the same time,
by the same builder,
using the same materials.
and yet some houses have passed the "mundic test"
while others fail the "mundic test."

One house is sold for £55,000 less than the other.

Most reasonable people would consider this deplorable situation absolutely scandalous!!!
