The Council of Mortgage Lenders has denied
responsibility with what is going on in Cornwall.
They say responsibility rests with their
members to grant a Mortgage or not according to the circumstances.
Yet this body is quoted as being
the instrument insisting on this regime, which is going on in the County!
Someone's got their lines crossed somewhere!
